Bio

Mr. Hoadley joined High Street in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, taxes, cash management and compliance for the High Street funds. Before joining High Street, he was an Executive Vice President of REIT Management and Research, a privately owned real estate management company that served as the external manager to three publicly traded REITs and two publicly traded operating companies. During his 10 years there, Mr. Hoadley served as the CFO of Senior Housing Properties Trust and TravelCenters of America, among other roles. Prior to that, he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen for five years. Mr. Hoadley holds a BS in accounting from Babson College and is a certified public accountant, licensed in Massachusetts. Mr. Hoadley is a member of the High Street’s Management and Investment Committee.
