Bio

Keith joined InfraRed in 2007 and is one of InfraRed’s partners. Keith is currently responsible for managing the financial activities carried out by InfraRed for HICL and its subsidiaries, and for portfolio management across InfraRed's various infrastructure funds. His work includes fund management, transaction structuring, portfolio valuation, portfolio enhancement, investor meetings and financial reporting, as well as an involvement in capital raising. Before joining InfraRed he was at John Laing plc for 5 years, latterly as portfolio director responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management, serving on the investment committee. Keith has a background in corporate finance and project finance, with over 10 years’ experience in infrastructure investments, which has included structuring new projects, restructurings, refinancings, acquisitions, disposals and asset management. Keith qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC.
