Tara is the Head of People Business Partners and the Global Lead People Business Partner for the Saturn Fund and the Value Creation Team. In her role, she is responsible for driving high performance through culture and engagement while delivering HR operational excellence for Hg’s global employees. Tara is an experienced HR Business Partner within the Private Equity industry. Prior to joining Hg, Tara spent 10 years in global HR Business Partner leadership roles at Apollo Management and EQT Partners. She started her career as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte’s Organization Transformation practice. Tara is an alumna of Vanderbilt University and has an academic background in Psychology, Organizational Development and Leadership & Enterprise Effectiveness. Tara is passionate about youth education, career mentorship, and expanding opportunity for underrepresented individuals.
