Bio

Polly is Head of Central Operations at Hg. In her role Polly has oversight of Internal and Portfolio Engagement and Events, Executive Support and Premises, she also works closely with the Senior Leadership team on a variety of firmwide operational projects and governance. She joined Hg in 2020 from a start-up craft beer brand where, as General Manager, she oversaw all operational functions within the business. Polly holds a degree in Combined Languages from the University of Hull.
