Andrew Frohman is a Vice President at Hersh Family Investments. Prior to joining HFI, Mr. Frohman was an Investment Banking Associate at BBVA Compass in Dallas, Texas, providing transactional and capital markets advisory services to middle-market clients. Before BBVA Compass, Andrew worked as an analyst at Alistair Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund focused on investing in undervalued securities and special situations. Mr. Frohman began his career in Transactions Services at PwC where he conducted valuations for mergers & acquisitions, business litigation, and tax purposes. Mr. Frohman earned his M.B.A. from Texas A&M University and received his B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University where he graduated summa cum laude and was invited to walk-on to the varsity basketball team his freshman year. Andrew enjoys traveling and staying active. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
