Mr. Fredrik Kongsli joined Herkules Capital as an Associate in August 2014. At Herkules Capital Kongsli follows the investments in Olivia, Beckmann, Linas Matkasse and Eterni. Previously he worked with the exited companies Espresso House, Puzzel, Didriksons and Odlo. Mr. Kongsli focuses on the industries Healthcare & Pharma, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Services. Prior to joining Herkules Capital, Mr. Kongsli completed a 3 year Investment Talent Program at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). As part of the program Mr. Kongsli worked as an equity analyst in London, during which he spent a year on secondment at UBS. As an equity analyst Kongsli focused on companies within the consumer goods and retail sector. Mr. Kongsli holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
