At HSI since 2014, Mr. Ferreira is responsible for the legal structuring of credit transactions. He develops the optimal structure for each transaction, leads the implementation and monitoring processes, and is an Investment Committee member. Mr. Ferreira has more than twenty years of experience in structured finance in Brazil and the USA, involving a variety of fixed-income instruments, derivatives, and investment vehicles. Before joining HSI, Mr. Ferreira was a VP in the fixed-income department of Banco Itaú BBA, a manager in structured finance at Unibanco, and a manager in KPMG’s consulting group.
