Bio

At HSI since 2014, Mr. Guerra has extensive experience in corporate credit analysis, having participated in several M&A, project finance, and other credit transactions, including the analysis and monitoring of collateral. He leads a team responsible for analyzing and recommending transactions, from initial screening through structure optimization and liquidation. Prior to HSI, Mr. Guerra was a portfolio manager at BTG, a partner at Principal Partners, and co-head of capital markets research at Banco Bradesco.
