At HSI since 2011, Mr. Bustani is responsible for investor relations, fundraising, and compliance. He led fundraising efforts for the credit funds (USD 200 million and USD 435 million) and for the current real estate fund (USD 715 million). He was previously VP of real estate investments at HSI, switching roles in 2017 to form the IR division. As Compliance Officer, he overseas the firm’s policy framework and adherence, seeking to achieve best practices, and coordinates with the investment teams to ensure conformity with fund regulations. Prior to joining HSI, Mr. Bustani worked at Euris, where he was responsible for managing a real estate portfolio of USD 400 million invested globally, including: USA, China, Japan, India, Romania, Brazil, and others.
