Simon Hauswirth is responsible for the Digital Sector as well as the Operations of the Investment Advisory business at Helvetica Capital. Previously he gained 18 years of experience in Digital Transformation and Corporate Development in CSO- and CFO-roles in the B2B e-commerce industry in Private-Equity-owned and stock-listed companies as well as at Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He has led transactions along all elements of the M&A process (sourcing, execution, post-merger integration, value creation, sale) and has significant commercial leadership experience, having built and led teams in Business Development, Pricing and Data Analytics. Simon holds a PhD and MSc in Physics from University of Berne with a focus on large-scale computational modeling of quantum chromodynamics.
