Philipp Berner is Managing Partner of Helvetica Capital. In addition to managing the existing UIP investment portfolio and implementing new investments and financing, he is a member of the Executive Board and responsible for the value creation process at Helvetica. Previously, Philipp Berner was on the Executive Board of RUAG as CEO of the globally active Aviation Division from 2010 to 2019. Prior to that, he spent 9 years on the Executive Board of RUAG Aerospace, where he was responsible for supply chain management and aircraft maintenance. From 1992 to 2001, he founded and led a technology company for satellite communication structures and mechanisms, which he sold to a technology group in 2000. Prior to that, he worked at Danzas in the USA in global logistics and at UBS in the area of business analysis.
