Christian Fuessinger is Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Helvetica Capital. In addition to executing and overseeing new investments as well as managing the existing portfolio, he is also a member of the Executive Board and as CFO responsible for the firm’s financial operations. From 2010 to 2015, Christian Fuessinger served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at Openlimit Group, a listed SME in the IT industry based in Baar (CH) and Berlin (GER). Prior to his operational role in the SME area, Christian Fuessinger worked as an investment banker for Credit Suisse in London for ten years. In his latest position, he led a team of experts focusing on corporate valuations and strategies to increase shareholder value where he particularly advised international private equity funds. He then spent several years working in corporate finance and M&A for Credit Suisse First Boston’s technology group and previously gained further investment banking experience at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Frankfurt. Christian Fuessinger studied in Vienna (University of Economics and Business Administration), Chicago (UIC) and Milan (Bocconi) and holds diplomas and master's degrees in finance and international management (CEMS).
