Varun Didwania is a Director with Helix Investments Management LLP. Prior to joining Helix in late 2011, Varun worked with Avendus Capital, where he led Private Equity and M&A transactions across sectors like infrastructure, renewable energy, metals and mining, media, etc. Earlier, Varun was a Consultant with KPMG Business Performance Services. Varun received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta (silver medallist), and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Varun is also a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary (gold medallist).
