Mr. Maxime Laisné joined the Helarb Group in 2013. As the Executive Director Finance & Administration for the Group, he is responsible for all Finance Group matters and works in close collaboration with the Executive Director Investments on the Portfolio management and all potential acquisitions. In addition, he is in charge of the Finance & Administration team. ​ He is 42, French mother tongue and is fluent in English. ​ He began his career with Deloitte (Paris) in 2001 in audit, serving a wide variety of international commercial and industrial clients during 5 years. In addition, he has 6 years' experience in transaction advisory services & restructuring services (for private equity firms and strategic buyers) with Deloitte (Paris) and Grant Thornton (Paris). He has actively contributed to the Global organisation with the Headquarters of Grant Thornton (London). ​ He joined Grant Thornton Switzerland in 2012 as the Senior Manager of the Geneva Office in order to develop the Transaction Services practice in West Switzerland. ​ During his M&A experience he has worked in several business sectors (technology, IT, TMT, building, energy, civil engineering...). He performed and led several buy-side and sell-side due diligences and carried out some cross-border assignments mainly in Europe. He is a qualified French CPA (“Expert Comptable Diplômé”) and holds a Master’s degree in Auditing & Consulting at ESCP Europe.
