Mr. Fabrice Bober joined the Helarb Group in 2010. As the the Executive Director Investments, he is responsible for portfolio management and Investments projects, working in close collaboration with the Executive Director Finance & Administration. He is 45, French mother tongue, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of German. He began his career with Crédit Suisse in 1995 managing a portfolio of a hundred companies, in charge of analysis (financial statements , solvency, business perspectives,...). In addition, he was part of the equity research task force (research on a wide array of sectors of the economy: industries, pharmaceuticals, watchmaking,…). In 2000, he joined a start-up, Lysis S.A., as Financial analyst, responsible for all finance matters and fund raising. In 2002, he joined the Kudelski Group as the Senior Financial Analyst for M&A and Business Development, managing the screening and assessment of investment opportunities, playing key role in the due diligence processes and finalisation of the transactions. He holds a Bachelor at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lausanne and a Master's degree in HEC at Lausanne University.
