Demetrios is a Partner at Heartwood Partners. He has an extensive background in private equity and investment banking, and he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing portfolio companies for the firm. Prior to joining Heartwood Partners, he was an Investment Partner at The Compass Group, a private equity firm in Westport, CT. Prior to Compass, Demetrios was an Analyst at UBS in New York, NY. Demetrios began his career at Deloitte in New York, NY, where he was a Senior Accountant.
