Mike Healy has 20+ years of investing and transaction experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, consumer, and financial services. Spending his career in a variety of private equity and M&A roles, Mike has extensive experience actively partnering with Founders to take their business to the next-level and has led over $4.3 billion in transactions. Prior to founding HCP in 2018, Mike was a Partner at TT Capital Partners where he focused on high growth healthcare companies. Before TTCP, Mike was a Director at Norwest Equity Partners where he focused on management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Mike worked in corporate development at Wells Fargo & Co. in San Francisco and Arthur Andersen in a transaction advisory services role, working closely with clients to support their internal M&A and corporate development functions. Mike holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
