Bio

Mr. Johnson is a senior executive with distinguished experience in developing strategies and general management. Prior to joining HealthpointCapital, he was the CFO and later the CEO of MicroDental, Inc., a former portfolio company. He has over 20 years in prior senior financial roles, primarily with private equity-controlled companies of Kelso & Co. and Platinum Equity. His early career experience includes management positions with Abbey Medical (now Apria) and American Hospital Supply. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee Chair of ProSomnus Sleep Technologies. He also served on the Board of ExplorOcean. Mr. Johnson received an MBA from Mercer University and a BS from Indiana University (Kelley School of Business). He is a CPA.
