As Partner of HealthEdge, Scott is responsible for deal origination, managing due diligence, financing, transaction documentation, portfolio oversight and management, and fundraising and investor relations. Before joining the firm, Scott was a Principal at Fifth Third Capital Holdings, LLC where he focused on equity co-investments and primary fund commitments to companies and fund managers in the lower middle market. Prior to Fifth Third Capital, Scott was a Vice President at Florida Capital Partners. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors of Data Dimensions, Formulated Solutions, Spectrum Medical Partners, and Westone Laboratories. Scott holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
