As a Vice President of HealthEdge, Josh is responsible for originating deals, overseeing due diligence, valuation, financing, transaction structuring, add-on acquisitions, and fundraising. Before joining the firm, Josh was most recently an Investment Banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side middle-market M&A transactions across the industrials, healthcare, energy, and TMT sectors. His experience prior to SunTrust Robinson Humphrey includes positions with Raymond James & Associates, LCG Capital, and the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott. Josh holds a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Finance from Florida State University. Outside of work, Josh volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa and enjoys activities including traveling, fishing, golf, and soccer.
