Bio

Mack has over 12 years’ experience in private equity, M&A advisory and accounting. Mack joined Headwater Equity Partners in 2015 and assists with the evaluation and execution of potential investments and the monitoring and support of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Headwater, Mack worked at PwC Vancouver as a Manager in the Consulting & Deals Group where he provided M&A advisory services to a wide variety of clients. Mack is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
