Craig Decker joined Headhaul Capital Partners as a Managing Director in 2018. Prior to joining Headhaul Capital, Mr. Decker was Head of Investment Banking at Wolfe Capital Markets & Advisory from 2012 to 2018. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience in the transportation and logistics industry providing advisory and capital markets services to the rail, trucking, inland marine, energy logistics and parcel / last mile sectors for both public and private sector clients. Prior to founding Wolfe’s investment banking practice, Craig was Co-Head of Morgan Keegan & Company’s Transportation and Logistics investment banking group from 2005 to 2012, and a founding Principal of Legacy Partners Group, a privately held investment bank focusing on M&A advisory from 2002 to 2005. Craig began his investment banking career with the M&A group at Credit Suisse, later becoming a coverage officer in the Transportation & Logistics Group. Craig has served on the boards of various charitable organizations and was invited to serve as a member of The Energy Policy Advisory Group for the 2012 Romney for President Campaign. Craig received a BSA in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
