Bio

Andrew serves as the VP, Corporate Development and Strategy for HBM Holdings. He is responsible for the firm’s efforts related to deal origination of potential platform and add-on target acquisitions. Andrew also coordinates the strategic planning process across the enterprise. Prior to joining HBM, Andrew was the Director of Business Development at Graybar Electric Company and he held corporate development and consulting positions at Aegion Corporation and SAIC. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with First Union Securities, Inc. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Arts from John Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College.
