Britain Peakes has over 10 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining HBC, Ms. Peakes was an investment banking associate for Blackhill Partners where she provided sell-side advisory and restructuring services for clients in oil and gas, real estate, manufacturing, and consumer products industries. From 2010-2012, Ms. Peakes worked for Xerox (NYSE: XRX) and was responsible for building complex financial models, contract pricing, and financial analysis. While at Xerox, she was the lead modeler for the Walt Disney Company renewal and co-lead modeler for the $900MM Texas Department of Information Resources contract, both signed in 2011. Ms. Peakes began her career at Ernst & Young in New York City and later moved to E&Y’s Dallas office where notable clients included American Airlines, Dave & Buster’s, and Hanson, plc. Ms. Peakes holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University with a minor in economics and honors in liberal arts. She is a CPA in the state of Texas.
