Carsten Röhrs developed the founding concept of Haspa BGM in 1998 and, together with Maximilian Schilling, formed the BGM team into a successful investment company with a focus on German medium-sized companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in the private equity business and during this time has implemented a large number of successful investment transactions, company sales, restructurings and refinancings and accompanied several IPOs. Before founding Haspa BGM, he gained several years of entrepreneurial experience as the managing partner of a medium-sized group of companies, which expanded nationwide under his leadership.
