Julie Casella joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was the founder of a human capital consulting firm, where she focused on HR strategy, talent, rewards and executive coaching. She was also a Strategic Executive Compensation Consultant to WealthPoint, LLC. Previously, she was the Human Capital Operating Partner & Chief Human Resources Officer for CCMP Capital Advisors, LP, the Chief Human Resources Officer & Partner at JPMorgan Partners, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Chase Capital Partners. Julie holds a BA in Psychology from Pace University, and a M.A. in Human Resources Management from The New School. She also holds a PCC accreditation from the ICF, a SHRM-SCP certification, and an ERI compensation committee certification.
