Justin Lipton joined Harvest in 2022 and is a Partner & Co-Head of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he held several positions at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he focused on middle market private equity, and started his career at Credit Suisse in investment banking. He has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Justin previously served on the Boards** of 3Pillar Global, Adstra, Affinitiv, Attane, Carnegie Learning, CoAdvantage, eDriving, FrontSteps, OnCourse Learning, RevSpring and Sales Benchmark Index.
