Mr. Storgaard joined the firm in 2018. As a Director in the European Transactions group, based in London, he brings significant European student housing and broader real estate investment management experience, deep sector relationships across the institutional investment community, asset managers, developers and outsourcing partners, as well as a proven ability in identifying and structuring real estate investments across the continent. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Storgaard built a career spanning more than 20 years in real estate investment and development throughout Europe. He previously formed part of the management team at Threesixty Development Ltd, an Oaktree Capital Management owned real estate development platform focused on student accommodation. His past work also includes serving as the Head of European Acquisitions at HDG Mansur Investment Services and before that, he held increasingly senior roles at Mansford Holdings PLC and Heitman Financial LLC, respectively. Mr. Storgaard earned degrees from the Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, University of Reading’s Henley Business School, Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD.
