Mr. Feeney joined the firm in 2014. As a Director in the Asset Management group, he is responsible for monitoring investment performance, managing operating partner relationships, and executing on strategic refinances, workouts, recapitalizations, and dispositions for the firm’s healthcare strategies. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Feeney was a Senior Analyst at Equity Office Properties with the Corporate Finance group where he completed over $1.2 billion in dispositions and was responsible for asset and portfolio level analytics. Mr. Feeney holds a BBA with a double major in Finance, Investment & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
