Mr. Ng joined the firm in 2020. As a Vice President in the Tax group, he assists with the tax planning, compliance and tax reporting for the firm’s Social Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Ng also supports the Transactions team with structuring of tax advantaged renewable energy investments. Mr. Ng brings over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and has advised on over 500 megawatts of solar portfolio projects. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Ng was a Tax Manager at Exelon Corporation where he was responsible for federal tax planning and compliance support for the company’s renewable energy investments and cross border operations. Prior to Exelon, Mr. Ng spent 10 years in the M&A Tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided tax structuring, due diligence, and integration services to clients across various industries. Mr. Ng holds a BS in Accountancy and a MST from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
