Bio

Mr. Barbosa joined the firm in 2016. As a Vice President in the Asset Management group, he is responsible for tracking asset and fund-level performance and supporting the firm’s operating partner relationships. He also helps execute the firm’s strategic investment plans to develop, reposition, dispose, refinance, and recapitalize student housing, senior housing, medical office and self-storage properties. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Barbosa worked as an Analyst in Prudential’s Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Group in Chicago. Mr. Barbosa holds a BBA with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
