Bio

Mr. Khosla joined the firm in 2021. As a Vice President in the Transactions group, he is responsible for new and existing investments within the Social Infrastructure Fund, including utility-related investments targeting municipalities, universities, and hospital systems. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Khosla was in the Corporate Development team at Exelon Corporation, where he was responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Exelon, he was with GE Capital’s energy investing business, where he supported GE Capital’s Power and Midstream investments. Mr. Khosla received his MBA from Columbia Business School and MSME from Purdue University.
