Mr. Allard joined the firm in 2017. As a Director in the Portfolio Accounting & Reporting group, he oversees the Treasury Management function for the firm’s open-end Core Fund, closed-end Opportunistic Funds, and Separate Accounts. He is responsible for cash management which includes oversight of all payment processing and cash investments. Mr. Allard is also responsible for the supervision of all fund bank accounts and managing Harrison Street’s banking relationships. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Allard was a Vice President at BlackRock, Inc. on the corporate treasury team. During his ten years at BlackRock he supported the firm’s liquidity, funding, and capital management activities. Mr. Allard received a BS from Michigan State University.
