Mr. Miles joined the firm in 2017. As a Director in the Asset Management group, he is responsible for the strategic management, development, and disposition of the firm’s real estate assets and manages various operating partner relationships. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Miles served as a Vice President of Portfolio Management at Equity Office, where he led the asset management responsibilities for the firm’s Chicago portfolio, consisting of 12 million square feet. Prior to Equity Office, Mr. Miles was a Managing Director of Asset Management and Due Diligence at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners. His main responsibilities included asset management of a diverse portfolio, due diligence on all the firm’s investments, and quarterly valuations of each asset owned by the firm. Mr. Miles graduated with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from California State University, Northridge. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
