Bio

Mr. Biamonte joined the firm in 2016. As a Vice President in the Portfolio Accounting & Reporting group, he is responsible for coordinating with joint venture operating partners to obtain and monitor property-level reporting. He also assists with the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated fund reporting to investors and helps coordinate the annual audit and tax process between the operating partners and fund auditors. He works directly with Portfolio Management to discuss fund liquidity including investor capital calls, distributions, and general fund cash activity. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Biamonte was a Fund Account Manager at BNY Mellon, where he prepared quarterly and annual financial statements for wholly owned and joint venture investments. He also worked with Portfolio Management teams by assisting with accounting issues surrounding acquisitions, dispositions, property development, client funding, cash distributions and asset structuring. Mr. Biamonte has a BBA in Accounting from St. Xavier University.
