Mr. Moy joined the firm in 2016. As a Vice President within the Portfolio Accounting & Reporting group, he works on the firm’s commingled open-end Core Fund and the firm’s closed-end opportunistic Fund VI. He is responsible for coordinating with joint venture operating partners to obtain and monitor property-level reporting. Mr. Moy also assists with the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated fund reporting to investors and helps coordinate the annual audit and tax process between the operating partners and fund auditors. He works directly with Portfolio Management to discuss fund liquidity including investor capital calls, distributions, and general fund cash activity. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Moy was a Vice President – Controller at BNY Mellon and an Assistant Controller at RREEF Management. LLC, a division of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management. In those roles, he oversaw the financial accounting and reporting for numerous real estate funds. Mr. Moy received a BS in Finance from DePaul University.
