Ms. Kojuri joined the firm in 2022. As a Director in the Investor Relations group, based in London, she is responsible for capital raising activities and promoting the firm’s global strategies to institutional investors predominantly located in Europe. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Kojuri worked at AEW as Director Investor Relations where she held a similar role promoting their global strategies across Europe, Asia and North America. Prior to that Ms. Kojuri worked at Cromwell Property Group. She started her career in Investment Banking, within the M&A division of Piper Sandler Companies (NYSE: PIPR) and The Valence Group (now also part of Piper Sandler). Ms. Kojuri holds a Master in Business Analytics and Consulting (MSc) from the University of Warwick, UK and a Bachelor in International Management (BA) from EBC Berlin, Germany. Ms. Kojuri is a member of the European Board of Directors of Women In Real Estate (WIRE) and has published a number of articles with leading industry organizations such as INREV, IPE Real Estate and Natixis.
