Bio

Ms. Brinkley joined the firm in 2016. As a Vice President and Corporate Counsel, she is responsible for the drafting and negotiation of real estate transactional documents, with an emphasis on office and retail leasing. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Brinkley was a Senior Counsel in the Miami and Chicago offices of Holland & Knight LLP. She represented both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, office and industrial lease agreements as well as buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties. Ms. Brinkley received a BA from Lake Forest College and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is a member of the State Bars of Illinois, Florida and Connecticut, as well as the District of Columbia Bar. Ms. Brinkley currently serves as of counsel at DLA Piper LLP.
