Mr. Eisenstein joined the firm in 2019. As a Vice President in the Asset Management group, he is responsible for the oversight of financial performance, execution of investment strategy and management of operator relationships across seniors housing and medical office asset classes. Additionally, Mr. Eisenstein participates in the underwriting and valuation processes for healthcare real estate investments. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Eisenstein was a Director at Ventas, Inc. where he primarily focused on operator relations, financial performance, restructurings and portfolio strategy across both managed and triple net seniors housing platforms. Prior to Ventas, Mr. Eisenstein worked as a Project Manager at Kargil Development and as a Credit Analyst at LaSalle Bank NA. Mr. Eisenstein holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
