Ms. Brabeck joined the firm in 2019. As a Director and Corporate Counsel, she advises Harrison Street on matters including transaction structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset -management across the firm’s portfolio of real estate assets. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Brabeck was an Associate at DLA Piper LLP (US) in Chicago, where she represented institutional investors, public and private real estate companies, REITs, developers and financial institutions in transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, management, development and financing of various property types, including multi-family, healthcare and commercial. Ms. Brabeck currently serves as of counsel at DLA Piper LLP. Ms. Brabeck received a BA from Boston College and a JD and MBA from Loyola University Chicago. She is a member of the Bar in Illinois.
