Ms. Bhaskara joined the firm in 2016. As a Director in the Asset Management group, she is responsible for the strategic management, development, refinancing and disposition of the firm’s healthcare and education related assets. She also manages relationships with the firm’s existing operating partners. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Bhaskara served as a Senior Associate Director at GE Capital Real Estate, where she was responsible for originating and underwriting new loans and identifying new business opportunities. She also spent time in the Asset Management group providing portfolio analytics for core equity investments. Prior to GE Capital Real Estate, Ms. Bhaskara worked as a senior analyst in the Transactions group at Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc. Throughout her career, she has been involved with several asset types including office, industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure. Before entering the real estate industry, Ms. Bhaskara worked in corporate finance in the banking industry. Ms. Bhaskara earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York.
