Mr. Nicholson joined the firm in 2019. As a Vice President, Mr. Nicholson will oversee day-to-day operations and management of Riverpoint, Ltd. Captive insurance business and be tasked with business development, claims administration/reporting, compliance and regulatory management and contract negotiations. Mr. Nicholson joins with over 15 years of finance and insurance experience ranging from specialty captive insurance to middle market banking. Prior to Harrison Street, he was a Senior Commercial Banker for Huntington National Bank, and before that he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Bader Company, a specialty captive insurance company that focused on self-storage, multi-family and student housing. In that role, he was responsible for organic and new business development, strategic company planning and contract negotiations. Mr. Nicholson received his BA in Rhetoric and Religion from Wabash College.
