Mr. de Pablo joined the firm in 2020. As a Director in the European Transactions group, based in London, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions in the healthcare sector across different asset classes and European geographies. In addition, Mr. de Pablo focuses on identifying and managing joint-venture relationships with operators and developers across the healthcare asset spectrum in Europe. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. de Pablo served as Investment Director for Octopus Real Estate, where he focused on the sourcing, execution and management of healthcare real estate investments in the UK and established the first institutional fund dedicated to the development of new retirement communities. Prior to Octopus Real Estate, Mr. de Pablo was a Director at Colliers International, Marcol Group and Sunrise Senior Living, always involved in healthcare investments across Europe in different capacities. Mr. de Pablo holds an MBA from Insead.
