Mr. Brackmann joined the firm in 2015. As a Director in the Asset Management group, based in London, he is responsible for monitoring the investment performance of the firm’s senior housing, student housing and medical office properties. He also manages relationships with the firm’s existing operating partners and participates in the property valuation process. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Brackmann was an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager at Walton Street Capital, where he focused on portfolio management of private equity funds and performed asset management functions in the residential land, office, golf, and non-performing loan spaces in numerous markets across the U.S. Prior thereto, Mr. Brackmann worked at Charter Hall and Macquarie Office Trust, performing investment management, debt management and fund analytical functions. Mr. Brackmann holds a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
