Bio

Mr. Zirin joined the firm in 2020. As a Vice President in the Research group, he is responsible for analytical and research support for the Social Infrastructure Fund. He works with the Portfolio Management group to develop specific investment themes and strategies for the Social Infrastructure vertical. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Zirin was a Senior Research Analyst of Real Assets at Marquette Associates where he was responsible for reviewing and conducting due diligence on infrastructure, real estate, master limited partnerships, energy and natural resource investment strategies. Mr. Zirin holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
