Bio

Mr. Lange joined the firm in 2019. As a Vice President in the European Transactions group, based in London, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions. In addition, Mr. Lange focuses on identifying and managing joint-venture relationships with operators and developers across the alternative asset spectrum in Europe. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Fabian was part of the acquisitions team at InfraRed Capital Partners where he focused on the sourcing, execution and management of commercial real estate across Europe. Before InfraRed, Fabian started his career at Cushman & Wakefield within their London Corporate Finance team. Fabian is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a MSc in Real Estate Investment from the University of Reading and an MBA from INSEAD.
