Mr. Warner joined the firm in 2007. As a Director in the Transactions group, he leads the firm’s senior housing acquisitions platform by directing the strategy, sourcing, and closing of transactions. He has been responsible for over $4B of senior housing transactions by way of sourcing, closing and underwriting through the firm’s various closed and open-ended funds. Prior to focusing on senior housing, Mr. Warner also analyzed and closed investments in the firm’s education, healthcare and storage strategies. Prior to joining the firm’s Transactions group, he was a member of Harrison Street’s Asset Management group. In this role he was responsible for evaluating potential dispositions, tracking fund performance, monitoring asset and portfolio metrics, and participating in the property valuation process. Additionally, Mr. Warner assisted the Client Services team through the raising of capital for the firm’s funds. Mr. Warner holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investments & Banking. He is an active member of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. He is actively involved in the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) as well as the National Investment Center (NIC), where he was accepted as a member of the NIC Future Leaders Council.
