Ms. Gorman joined the firm in 2016. As a Director in the Portfolio Management group, she focuses exclusively on the firm’s International Funds. She is responsible for the conformance and execution of the investment strategy and works closely with operating and development partners. She oversees the fund’s business, investor reporting and all other associated functions of these funds. Previously Ms. Gorman was a Vice President and Head of International Accounting at Harrison Street, where she was responsible for financial and investor reporting of the firm’s international funds and oversaw all associated accounting functions of these funds. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Gorman was a Manager in the financial reporting group at Equity International. During her nine years there, she oversaw financial and investor reporting for various funds, directed third-party Fund Administrators and Fund Managers in foreign jurisdictions, and partnered with portfolio companies to enhance financial reporting and internal controls. Prior to Equity International, she was with HSBC, where she was responsible for SEC reporting, SOX compliance, management reporting and analysis. Ms. Gorman began her career in public accounting. Ms. Gorman earned a BS in Accounting with High Honors from Chicago State University and an Executive MBA from University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
