Mr. Waller joined the firm in 2021. As a Vice President in the Asset Management group, he oversees the strategic management, development and capital market activities of the firm’s real estate assets in the life science and healthcare sectors, as well as manages various operating partner relationships. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Waller was a Vice President with GI Partners, a San Francisco based private equity firm, where he focused on real estate investments in life science, data center and other mission critical real estate on behalf of several separate accounts and investment funds. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Waller was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked on funds investing in opportunistic real estate throughout the United States and Western Europe. David received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA with Distinction from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
