Mr. Baise joined the firm in 2021. As a Director in the Digital Assets group, he is responsible for executing the Digital Investment Strategy while focusing on Transactions, Asset Management and Business Development. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Baise was with Digital Realty for 7 years. He was on the Acquisitions and Investments team where he led and executed the acquisition process. Mr. Baise has 9 years of investment experience in the data center industry and has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $18 billion. Transaction experience includes colocation buildings, hyperscale buildings, powered shells, carrier hotels, interconnection assets, operating companies, land, and joint ventures. Mr. Baise also has over 12 years of experience with other property types including office, retail, and industrial. Mr. Baise earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
